Eightfold Creative Development

A career is kind of like a blank piece of paper. You can fold it like origami to give it shape, dimension, clarity and purpose. To create something you aspire to become.

Eightfold.ai is a platform HR professionals use to help match skills to career paths with the ease of AI, and they reached out to us to update their brand.

The process began with a rigorous strategy stage to help define our approach. We hosted a territory workshop where we walked through six possible ways to bring the idea, ‘to be human is to aspire’ to life. One of the three selected routes was the concept of ‘Unfolding,’ which I owned the creative exploration and development stage.

By using the metaphor of paper, I developed a visual brand language that represents your career or the dreams you have for your business and being able to turn it into anything you desire.
